Viktor has a large forehead and canonly he is genius level intelligent. I don’t know if I remember correctly but I remember reading somewhere that in Japan a large forehead is considered an attractive physical trait because it means the person is highly intelligent or something along those lines.

I’ll be honest: I can’t find anything confirming large foreheads as attractive in Japan, and I think it’s just his character design. But now I can’t stop imagining Victor as Jimmy Neutron
